My memory is ...

I'm sorry, Daniela, I had one that wouldn't "fit" on my site, so I jumped over here.

My memory is...

This might go under the humor section, too, but I'm going to put it here. My memory is bad, and getting worse every day. My wife and I make jokes about it. One is that if I ever get Alzheimer's, we'll never know the difference. The other I remember (ha-ha!) is that the best thing about having a bad memory is that "every thing is always new"!

No worries!

My memory is bad along with Jim. For being 20 yrs old, it doesn't seem normal! See it's weird, I have the finest memory when it comes to remembering dates, places I've only gone to once, little details, memories from when I was little.... I'm called the human GPS because I go somewhere once and I never forget how to get there or what surrounds the place. And then there's times where I'm having a conversation and I pause... And that's the end of it. I can never remember what I was talking about... EVER! It's pretty bad. It's funny at times but has me a bit worried. I also forget things people tell me, for example if my friend told me last week about something that happened and he brings it up again today, my question is always "you told me this already?!" But it's turned more into "you already told me this, didn't you?" I just learn to embrace it hahaha.

I think we all have those moments when we forget what was on our mind but I think it is because we have too many things going on in our heads at any given moment. Too much multi-tasking!!

Yes Cindy...too much multi-tasking!
When the memory on a USB is full, it win't take anymore.
I occasionally suffer with a 'Seniors moment'.

My husband and I are like movie buffs, and when we forget a movie star, we ask the other, sometimes we are both stumped, and get points for being the first to remember, and it's often ME! However, I depend on him for the news of the world, history and geography. He is just so knowleagable!

My memory is the worst. I can't hold a grudge. It seems like a waste of time to hold a grudge so I forget about being angry very soon and forget the person too, so I can enjoy other things in life. it's weird.

No not weird...You are an enlightened soul that's all.

Born like that - not enlightened unfortunately.

For example, even as a kid, I let my older sister have what she thought was the best in any two presents offered to us. I just didnt care. A present is a present - I never chose the better option, or guaged one as better. For me what I get, even its B class for others, its A GRADE for me because its mine. :) I live my life like that. :)

Be yourself, that is the best way to live.
Other's can take it or leave it!
But at least you are being true to yourself!!!

Most people try to be how others might like them to be!
So you change yourself to please them, but in the end, you are harming only yourself!

To be yourself is natural, anything else, you become a pretender, like them!

I cant change - I tried once to change for my husband - it failed. Then I asked him to love me for myself - take it or leave it. He took it as I am a very good cook! :P

I've always said that my husband better take me as I am; I'm not changing for anyone. Many people tell me I will change eventually when I fall in love supposedly but look where we are now.. I'm single AND because I won't change for ANYONE except God. ;P

God loves you the way you are. Don't change. :)

I'll keep that in mind :)
